By accessing the GPTExporter website, installing or using the GPTExporter application, or using any related services (collectively, the "Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you may not use the Software.
Permission is granted to use GPTExporter for personal, lawful purposes. This is a license, not a transfer of title. Under this license you may not:

GPTExporter is an iOS application that helps users export ChatGPT conversations they can access through their own ChatGPT account. The app supports export formats including HTML, PDF, Image, Markdown, Text, JSON, and CSV. Exported files are saved locally on the user's device and may be previewed, shared, or saved through iOS features.
GPTExporter is an independent app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, authorized by, sponsored by, or officially connected with OpenAI. ChatGPT is a trademark of OpenAI and is used only to identify the compatible service.
GPTExporter may offer free usage limits and paid subscription plans. Purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and managed by RevenueCat and our backend for entitlement validation.
The free version of GPTExporter includes a limited number of message exports. The current app flow may provide 50 message exports during the free usage period. We may change free limits, reset periods, credit behavior, and eligibility at our discretion.
GPTExporter Pro is a paid subscription that unlocks unlimited full conversation exports during an active subscription period. Pro features may include:
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
Refunds are handled by Apple according to Apple's App Store policies. We do not process App Store refunds directly.
The Software interacts with third-party services through user-directed web sessions. You acknowledge and agree that:
Assumption of Risk: By using the Software, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with using third-party software to interact with ChatGPT or other AI chat services. These risks include without limitation login issues, failed exports, partial exports, changes to service availability, account restrictions, loss of access, or other actions by third-party platforms.
You are responsible for the conversations and files you export, save, share, or distribute. You represent that you have the right to access and export any conversation you process through GPTExporter.
We do not claim ownership of your exported files. You are responsible for backing up exported files you wish to keep. We are not responsible for data loss caused by app deletion, device loss, iOS file cleanup, user deletion, or other circumstances outside our control.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you release and hold harmless Yerbapps LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers from claims, damages, losses, costs, and liabilities arising from:
California Residents: If you are a California resident, you waive California Civil Code Section 1542, which provides: "A general release does not extend to claims that the creditor or releasing party does not know or suspect to exist in his or her favor at the time of executing the release and that, if known by him or her, would have materially affected his or her settlement with the debtor or released party."
THE SOFTWARE AND WEBSITE ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YERBAPPS LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND AVAILABILITY.
We do not warrant that GPTExporter will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, compatible with every ChatGPT conversation, accepted by third-party platforms, or able to export every message or format in all circumstances.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, YERBAPPS LLC, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL YERBAPPS LLC'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO YERBAPPS LLC DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00), WHICHEVER IS LESS.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Yerbapps LLC from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees arising from:

We may modify, suspend, discontinue, or restrict any part of GPTExporter at any time. We may revise these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on this page. Your continued use of GPTExporter after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. You submit to the jurisdiction of state and federal courts located in Delaware for disputes arising from these Terms or the Software.
Any cause of action or claim must be commenced within one (1) year after the cause of action accrues, or it is permanently barred.
You must be at least 13 years old to use GPTExporter. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
